JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Responsibilities: 

• Ability to press or learn how to press a variety of garments 
• Ability to receive and respond to constructive feedback about performance 
• Sorts all soiled laundry into appropriate categories. Lifts and carries loads of laundry to and from cleaning equipment. 
• Washes, dries and folds all laundry neatly and properly. 
• Keeps all laundry and cleaning supplies stocked and stores properly.
• Keeps all equipment clean and reports maintenance problems to supervisor. 

Qualifications: 

• Pressing or Laundry experience is preferred 
• Bi-Lingual is a plus 
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred 
• Ability to work in a high heat environment 
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time 
• Must be able to work starting in the early morning 
• Excellent attention to detail

Retail Team Associate candidates are organized, self-motivated and friendly. As a member of our Top Performing Retail Team, you will work in a Retail Store with oversight and responsibility for increasing sales, focusing on customer service and following through as a team player. The ideal candidate for this Retail Associate position is independent, ambitious and driven to succeed with strong sales skills and the confidence to influence key decision makers at the store level. This is a great opportunity to work with Mint Cleaners. 

We have retail stores in Richardson, Dallas, Farmers Branch & Prosper.

Responsibilities: 

• Take exceptional care of our clients 
• Meet and exceed sales goals 
• Communicate effectively with team and with all customers, building rapport with customers and team Salary is commensurate with experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver, pick up, and promote our dry cleaning and laundry services 
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, other team members and with all clients 
• Build rapport with clients and team 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must be 21 years old 
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills 
• Attention to detail and knows the city streets 
• Aggressive self-starter with a strong bias for action and results 
• Ability to work independently, but also great team skills 
• Pass a drug test and have a relatively clean driving record (no DUI’s) 

EDUCATION: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) 

LICENSE: 

• Valid Driver’s License (Required) 
• Must have less than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years 

To operate our Mint Cleaners trucks, a CDL is not required, but you need to be 21 years or older and meet Department of Transportation requirements.
